Kesha Wilkinson, Wisconsin State Director
Born and raised in Milwaukee, WI, Kesha served as the Campus Coach at her alma mater, the University of Wisconsin Madison for 6 years before becoming the State Director overseeing all Impact Chapters in the state of Wisconsin. While attending UW-Madison she studied Education and Dance in undergrad and Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis in graduate school. Kesha enjoys dancing, pretending that she knows how to sing, watching movies, and traveling on a budget.
Dacoshia Hearns, Wisconsin Administrative Assistant
Born and raised in Rockford, IL, Dacoshia is currently a senior at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. She is set to graduate in May 2025 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work, with a minor in Sociology. Following her graduation, Dacoshia plans to pursue a Master's Degree in Social Work, aspiring to become a school social worker dedicated to helping Black students in inner cities access the resources they need to succeed. In addition to her role as Kesha Wilkinson's administrative assistant, Dacoshia is an active student leader on her campus. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, going on walks, and exploring new restaurants.
Lennise O'Dwyer, Campus Coach UW- Madison
Born in Virginia with roots in Belize, Central America, and Brooklyn, New York, Lennise has been walking with the Lord since 2010. She met her husband, Curtis, in 2013, and they married in 2015. Together, they have two beautiful daughters. Lennise enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughters, savoring a good cup of coffee, reading, encouraging others, and creating content for social media. Passionate about serving her community, she is dedicated to witnessing positive change through the power of the gospel. She welcomes anyone interested in learning more about her to reach out.
Alexis Hortman, D-Ship Group Co Leader UW- Whitewater
Born and raised in Milwaukee, Alexis is a domestic violence advocate with a passion for helping others. She graduated from Clark Atlanta University with a bachelor's degree in psychology, which has fueled her commitment to supporting individuals impacted by abuse. Dancing has been a major part of her life since the age of 13, and she continues to enjoy it as ministry and a creative outlet. She loves reading and is an avid fan of stand-up comedy, appreciating humor's ability to bring people together and lift spirits
Brian Russell, Men's Discipleship Co- Leader UW-Madison
Born and raised in the Appalachia Mountains of North Carolina, Pastor Brian has spent formative years in the Atlanta, Georgia area. He holds a MBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin – Parkside and has a rich background in corporate finance. For over a
decade, he has served as a bi-vocational pastor, dedicating much of his adult life
guiding youth and young adults through life's amazing journey through the power of the gospel. Pastor Brian's passion lies in helping young people navigate their paths, and he is thrilled to bring this passion to his role as a volunteer Impact for D-Ship group.
Pastor Darryl Seay, D-Ship Co Leader at UW- Milwaukee
Pastor, teacher, trainer, administrator, motivator, and creator, all these words have been used to describe Pastor
Darryl E. Seay. Pastor Seay serves as senior pastor of Liberty and Truth Ministries in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, a
growing multicultural ministry changing lives through the truth of God’s word. He has served in various
ministry capacities during his more than 30 years of ministry including; first assistant to the pastor, Coordinator
of Pastoral Care Ministry, Dean of the Mount Zion Church Bible College, and Director of Christian Education.
Pastor Seay is a sought after preacher, presenter, consultant, and lecturer. He has served as an adjunct professor
at the Impact School of Leadership in Milwaukee. He serves as a professor at Ignite Bible College and
Seminary teaching the Masters of Theology Degree Program.
Pastor Seay is the founder and president of D. E. Seay Consultants a consulting firm serving faith-based and
community organizations. He specializes in assisting organizations in developing mission and vision statements,
business plans, team building, strategic planning, grant writing, fund development and securing their 501 (c) 3
tax exempt recognition. Pastor Seay has provided training and consultation services locally, regionally, and
nationally to more than 300 agencies.
Pastor Seay possesses a Master of Science in Counseling and Student Personnel Services in Higher Education
from Memphis State University. He also has a Master of Divinity degree from Vanderbilt University in
Nashville, TN. In May 2023 Pastor Seay earned a Doctor of Ministry in Transformational Leadership at Bethel
University.
Pastor Seay has been married to his partner in life, marriage, and ministry Marla for 25 years. They have been
blessed with four children Jeremiah, Caleb, Joshua, and Lydia.
